What am I missing. Bot 10 Man on 2nd 1out..why not walk the ph to try to get a dp. Instead they pitch to him and he beats them..Doesn't make sense

i figured colorado didnt want to win the game even since the error in the 8th and i was right. reliever comes in and walks everyone.
