Penny and Lowe were good enough to get them swept last yr and that was with Greg Maddux in the rotation. Now they truly have no help. I see Tomko is now starting games. Ouch!

Lowe looked awful tonight.
Penny will come back down to earth.
I don't see LA doing squat without one more (maybe two) starters AND one more stick.

They have a great great young core of hitters

Martin,Kemp,Loney and you throw in Pierre,Furcal,Gonzalez,Kent, they are really a team that could go far come postseasonespecially in the weak NL
