I moved and updated my address with almost no one.

The only people who have my new address are:

My credit cards
My credit report
Citibank and Wachovia
The power company
The phone company
The satellite company
My employer
My parents and friends

So Friday, I got a betus packet in the mail. I've never given any sportsbook, casino, neteller, anyone this address... Are they buying names from credit reports? That's the only thought I have... Bizarre

Did you notify the USPS?
If so, USPS probably fowarded the BetUs packet to your new addy.

No.

Never forwarded and the address is typed right on the packet...

It wouldn't get forwarded by USPS. Junk mail (3rd class) doesn't get forwarded,only 1st class gets forwarded...and magazines ( for awhile).
