Saw a Travel/Living episode o Anthony Bourdain, where he goes to visit this chef (Adria) who is a half chef half mad scientist, owner of the Best Restaurant in the World award in 2007.
This guy believes that for you to experience something new, you have to apply new techniques/methods to the food so he has a laboratory where he comes up with all these wacky things.....
Reservations for 2007 are no longer available as he is fully booked....
On the show last night they mentioned one of the restaurants sits 55 people and the kitchen is run by 55 people.....
Some of these things are just amazing...
That is a salad..
Thats peas and ham with creamy fresh mint and eucalyptus air raviolo
white asparagus with virgin olive oil capsules and lemon marshmellow
figs with light rose and white chocolate meringue powder
If you enjoy food, you'll have a blast with this site
