I do know he's been doing quite well this year record wise. Understandably, W/L doesn't equal $$$. If anyone can break down his units, that would be great.

If he "always" picks winners couldnt he just bet his own "consistant winners" instead of trying to sell them?

Shouldn't a good capper and proven winner be too busy making their own winning bets than to have time to sell picks to newbies?

that's the beauty of these scammers, they dont have to bet - RISK - anything. Their goal isnt to pick winners its to make a sale

IMO Ness Is No Better Or Any Worse Than

any other salesman, or for that matter most posters here. You see him & others go on 15-3 streaks then go 4 & 20 for a wk. So far in MLB I`ve seen no one w/THE answer. Maybe there isn`t one, just gather info, try to interpret it and then apply it to a game. No magic formula, just a lot of work and hope in Oct. you`re on the + side of the ledger. But hope & dreams never die for all of us. It`s only taken me 50+ yrs to figure that one out. Slow learner!

not quite. His 'job' is to sell his picks since that is where he makes money. Or sell the idea that he is some successful gambler with inside information and contacts and all the other BS that scamdicappers use. Picking a winning team is incidental - it might make his sales job easier the nest day if he can hype it, but if he picks a loser he will keep right on with his real goal - sales. And after enough time has gone by all these scammers claim they won the previous month or year anyway

They are used car salesmen. Except the 'used car' they are trying to sell is a subscription to their plays and the illusion that you will win if you listen to them long enough or pay them enough.

That's true for any tout. It seems like you have something strong against Ness. How come him? He's like any other tout. I can understand if you don't like touts, but why single out Ness?

How can I say he's a fraud? Because he doesn't even pick the games himself. He long ago got so frustrated with losing that he pays people to do it for him. But his name gets him the sales,

Does anyone have long-term records for his picks? If not then this discussion is totally pointless because the only thing that counts is long-term success.
I don't care what a tout says or does, the question is - is he winning or not?

As to Ness, I noticed he did quite well recently, especially his 15* picks. However, like with so many other touts his website does not have an archive for his past picks, and this alone is already enough that I'll never consider buying his picks.
