I was trying to withdraw money from Bookmaker and they said that the money will first have to be withdrawn into Neteller. I'm in the US so that's a problem.
Has anybody withdrawn using a check or any other method? experiences and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've never had any problem withdrawing from BetCris before, but that was before the stupid law went into effect.

My advice is to not deal with another poster (no offense intended Addict101) but to forward me your Bookmaker account number, amount and date of the withdrawal and I will have an answer for you sometime Wednsday afternoon, if you email me by then, as to what your situation is. Bookmaker.com knows they cannot use Neteller for US residents. There has to be more to your story than you posted. Bookmaker is not going to stiff you in any case if you have a legitimate withdrawal due to you.

I'm going to give them a call today and see. I didn't put in the withdrawal yet...I only asked through their live chat if i could use the paper check route and use some of my betpoints to qualify for the free payout. Then they mentioned that i could only make a withdrawal from Neteller. It might be that i can't use the betpoints to get the paper check payout. I was just asking everyone here what their experience has been with payouts with Bookmaker. Thanks for the offer wilheim! i'll be sure to email you should i run in to any problems. :103631605

Requested a withdrawal on Monday. Got the check today. Pretty good. Now if they could do something about the $60 fee they charge we would really be in business. . .

I got in touch with them today over the phone. Was able to withdraw some money and should be receiving a paper check in the mail....also was able to use my betpoints to qualify for a payout....sweet! Once i told them that i can't use neteller to withdraw since im in the US, they allowed me to use moneygram, western union or paper check option.

Thanks for all the replies folks. Good to hear that people have been receiving their payouts.....always a little nervous on first withdrawal from book.

I've had good experience with their payout system. Just requested a wd yesterday, I expect I'll get it yet this week.

They wouldn't let me a few days ago due to being a winner. Also no longer even get the damn points, just trying to use the ones I had.

Excellent News but what I expected also..

Please remember that any Rxer having a problem with a withdrawal at an Rx.com sponser book should email me right away and I will investigate the matter for you immediately. I will also stay with you until the matter is settled and the right thing is done.

In 99.9% of all cases that means getting the player paid, there are some very rare cases now and then that require higher arbitration than I can offer but very few. I can only remember 2 or maybe 3 instances since I have became head moderator over two years ago that a case had to go to some sort of arbitration panel (some of you vets recall them). On the other hand I have been involved in hundreds of cases where players received their rightfully won funds after an email and a phone call or two..
