I am not sure that they will even win more than 4 games. Hell, they may not even win AT ALL! I am not a Texans fan, but getting rid of Carr wasnt the answer if you ask me. If they had a suitable backup, then that was the correct move, but they dont ANYTHING now!

I have been a Cowboys fan for over 30 years, but I also dont like their quarterback situation. I wasnt a big fan of Romo last year. I am even suprised at how popular that he is nationwide in terms of the media. Romo cannot even PICK UP Manninsg's jockstrap

They go 7-9 or 8-8. Your Cowboys might not win that many games w/ Wade as a coach....JMO

Getting rid of Carr was the best thing they could have done...Matt will be a much better QB IMO than Carr will ever be.

You would be the only one who thinks that they can win 7 or 8 games. I think that they are alot worse this year than last year. I really am worried that they may not win even one game.

Max, is it still true that they Cowboys have more fans in Houston than the Texans?

Max, I never said that I lived in Houston. I just have the Astros and Rockets season tickets. We live around 75 miles away from Houston.

I just cant believe that they didnt attempt to make a trade for a decent quarterback. NO CHANCE in the world that they win more than 6 games, most likely around 2 wins. But hey that would be nice so they can get the best quarterback in the draft next year.

I also do not believe that Vince Young would have been the answer either. But by not taking Reggie Bush at least started the franchise downhill. Well they were already downhill.

MAX, what kind of store do you own that need to be there from 9am-7pm?? That kind of work schedule will take years off of your life. Time to hire 2 or 3 new people for your own health

Matt is gonna surprise allot of people...and in the offense that Gary Kubiak has designed the QB is not as important than the RB and OL...IMO

Vince was never the answer here...IMO he is just a few good hard hits away from being on the IRL...Bush is a better fit in the dome in NO and I really think Super Mario will have a great season w/ the other players they have.

I run one of the largest Day Spas here in the Houston Area, we have 2 locations. ...tried to hire people to help me....but they never do as good as a job as the owner would and plus customers like to know that they can always talk to an owner if they have a problem. Its not always balls to the wall and I get to mess around allot but I manage one location and handle all of our Radio ads and our Internet Advertising.:toast:

why would they be any worse than last year? Their defense is a year older and wasn't horrible last year. Williams played better toward the end of the season, Ryans lead all rookies in tackles.

Schaub can't be any worse than Carr, same with Green v. Dayne. Shawn Barber and Danny Clark are decent LBs. I don't think they win as many games as Max does, but they are no worse than last season.

This team can be an absolute moneymaker in the PREseason. They will want to prove themselves and play well whenever they can especially early. They need/want to win and Kubiak is under a little pressure. In the right situation this team will make you a lot of money very early!

In the preseason they will play most of their main starters longer than other teams early on. They will be a moneymaker early I believe as well.

MAX, my brother owned a few "spas" about 2 years ago and pulling in a SHITLOAD of money for a while. But I dont think that you own the same type of spa. But I am sure that you do quite well

Much better team than last year will play alot of tough games in that division. Jax may be the best team in the league this year and Indy should be competitive.

I'm licking my chops for Week 3 in the NFL this season..

-----Colts @ Texans----- Love the Texans in that game btw..

Anyway, I'm expecting a lot of improvement from the Texans, defense is solid offense should improve dramatically with Schaub.

Texans 8-8 seems reasonable. Definitely a team with a future.

Is Eric Moulds still around in Houston? With the 1 year signing of McCardell, along with Johnson and Moulds, that's a solid stable of vets at WR. They'll surprise some people.

Jabar Gaffney it is then!

Texans should compete in the AFC South...If they come to play and the Titans stay hot coming into this season we might have the new toughest division in the NFL.
