I like it...

-sox do well vs lefties, especially mediocre ones
-Gabbard is solid
-sox do well @ Cleveland
-sox need this win with the Yanks crawling up their ass- I think their bats erupt

Too many people on Boston, close to 80% with not a lot of line movement

well if people are piling on the sox and the line isn't moving - that should mean that there are very few people on the indians but they have a huge amount on them to keep the line steady. or vegas could be setting a trap line/sucker bet on the sox.

reason being??

Line movement.. the opening line itself was ridiculous. There is no reason that Boston with this extremely hot pitcher should be anything close to a pick em especially on how poor Lee has been pitching. Now that Cleveland is moved to the favorite, lol, everyone and their mother will be on Boston now even more so with this wacked out line. Look.. Gabbard's got a .58 whip and sub 1 ERA in his last 3.. 2-0 record and team record of 3-0. Lee.. high 11's ERA last 3.. winless. Look deeper, all of Gabbard's start were in Fenway.. his ERA is well above 5 on the road. Lee pitches better at home.. 3-1 last 4.. shut down teams of Philly, Florida, and Tampa. I just think the line is very out of place.. will attract a lot of people (the public) to hammer the Sox in this situation and wind up losing. I'm not betting anything besides under 10.5 but if I was on a side no doubt in my mind that it would be Cleveland.
