And wanted to cash out some of my winnings, but went to the cashier and the processor I used along with the "check" option are both not avalable. The other processors are click2pay, moneybookers, ECO, and epassporte.

FWIW, I've used ECOcard a few times. It is linked to my Canadian chequing account. I'm pretty sure that the other methods you listed require a credit card just to open the accounts.
Let me know how it goes. It's such a pain in the ass these days without Neteller.

I am not sure that it wold be worth the hassle to request a payout for an amount under $500 or so.

Leave the money in there and parlay it into $2000 in a few days
