Looking over some of these that are 80% or better when it comes to a particular team with an umpire, they look pretty damn good today. Listed below are all the games that applied today with all the specific trends related to that umpire and team:

Pittsburgh@NY Mets

Play: Pittsburgh ML +179 (83% Trend)
  • Mets are 1-5 in their last 6 games with Reliford behind home plate.

Tampa Bay@Baltimore

Play: Washington ML +165 (80% Trend)

Road team is 4-1 in Wendelstedt's last 5 games behind home plate vs. Philadelphia.
Road team is 4-1 in Wendelstedt's last 5 games behind home plate vs. Washington.

i think ump stats are better for predicting totals rather than who wins.

yeah covers has it and some of you guys are right, it probably works better with TOTALS. We'll find out after the Atlanta-San Fran and Florida-Arizona games.

You can forget about any results from SF-ATL. Just checked and according to MLB.com the Home Plate Umpire was Andy Fletcher...WTF??? Whats with all the false reports? If the umps are never going to follow suit like they have in past years, theres no point following this.

Also in the ATL/SF game Chipper Jones and Renteria did not start. Wish I would have seen that prior. Just slipped past me. I def. would have switched from braves to giants.
