YTD since ASB : 7-2 for +7.3
Yesterday : 5-1 for +5.2 (Winners : Pirates, Balt o10, Dodgers, Astros, Cubs o9) (Losers : Phillies)

Of course, Phillies bullpen again blows the game and costs me the sweep. Could have been a huge 6-0 day for +10.2, but oh well. Moving on.

4.65 to win 3.00 Boston Red Sox (-155)
Tonight is all about Tim Wakefield. If there is one team that he owns.. it's the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Throughout his career he has completely dominated this franchise. He is 16-2 lifetime against them with an ERA of 3.01 and a WHIP of only 1.10. Even more impressive is that he has never been beaten in Tampa.. and it's not going to come tonight from the hands of Jason Hammel. This guy is far from impressive, he's just another bum that can't pitch so got thrown in the bullpen and now is back to try another shot at starting and it's not going to be good. He tried to be a starter last month and got tore up.. losing 9-0 to San Diego. He comes back a month later after some bull pen action and the Yanks hand him a no decision in his shortest outing of 4.0 innings and losing 7-3. I wonder why they moved him to the bull pen, last season, he went a strong 0-6 with a 7.77 ERA. He's obviously not meant to be a starter, and I can sense another beating today.

I have to run into work this afternoon so I will post more when I return for the much later games. Didn't really see anything else that I liked for the 7 o'clock games. Best of luck to everyone else tonight!

Adding:

3.15 to win 3.00 Toronto Blue Jays (-105)
No time for analysis because I just got home from work and the game starts in about 2 minutes, even though I did my analysis at work.

Good Luck to everyone, be back for the 9 and 10 o'clock games!

So far so good. Red Sox up 3-1 and Blue Jays also up 3-1. A sweep tonight would be huge, but I am only going to add 1 more play.

Adding:
2.52 to win 2.00 Arizona Diamondbacks (-126)
I absolutely love this play even though I'm playing it only as a 2-unit play. I don't want to be greedy and risk the potential units I will be up if the Red Sox and Blue Jays continue to win. Anyhow.. time for some reasoning. First off Jo-Jo Reyes is a Jo-Jo-Joke. He has showed improved since his first beaten but nothing that these red hot Diamondbacks can't handle. He is currently holding a 6.14 ERA and an 0-1 record. What's worse than the 0-1 record is that his team is 0-3 when he pitches, and he has only thrown for 3 games. These Diamondbacks are on a great streak right now winning 6 in a row and coming off an emotional win last night. They were outhit 8 to 5 yet came on top 7-4 from 3 home runs. At one point it was a 4-2 game and they were outhit 8-1 and Conor Jackson hits a 2 run blast to keep them in the game. They get great pitching and a 3 run walk off by Eric Byrnes. Believe me.. this team finds ways to win even when they looked terrible last night, they still find ways to keep this winning streak alive. The Braves on the other hand.. a bit cold.. dropping 7 of their last 11 games and currently 2 in a row to a mediocre, at best, San Francisco team. I also love the way Petit has been pitching lately.. has a strong 2.81 ERA in his last 3 but only a 1-1 record. This is because of the lack of run support, only 2.7 for each outing. Anyhow, everything points to the Diamondback, even though I thought the line should be higher.

As always best of luck to everyone!
