I've never heard of a store that didn't require 9 innings (or 8-1/2 with the home team ahead) for a total to be graded a winner (or loser). The same also applies to run line wagers.

Of course sides stand. Although there have been 2 games this year that got suspended with the visiting team taking the lead in the top 1/2 of the inning (today's completed Yanks/O's game was one of these) and the inning didn't finish. In this case, the books took the runs the visitors scored in the top half off the current score and called the game final for grading purposes, and graded the home team a winninr.
