The Master List has been sent off to Planet Hollywood, up to and including those who signed up by end of business on Wednesday. I will be pulling another report later today and submitting new registrations.
The hotel will be contacting each one of you directly, via email, with your confirmation info. Alternatively, you can call the hotel.
Please do not call the hotel until at least late in the day on Monday, to give them time to get all this data entered into their system. I will post the number to call at that time.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
When the data was transferred from my Master List to the hotel's spreadsheet that they sent along, for whatever reason a whole bunch of 09/07/07 - 09/09/07 checkin/checkout dates changed to 09/06/07 - 09/08/07. I fixed each of these manually, but as I'm a person and not a machine, it's possible one was missed. If you are one of the people checking in/out on those dates, I URGE YOU TO VERIFY YOUR INFO!
Notes to individuals:
DNoonan - you had entered dates of September 17-19. I assumed you meant August (I have you on that list) and so I made the change.
Awafu - you missed your CC expiry date. Expect a call from the hotel for this info.
Tecmo - your additional days have been added.
8ate - I couldn't for the life of me find your email about your double-entry. You are in for 09/07 to 09/09. Please let me know if this is correct.
Patswin/Clebrownsfan - duplicate CC numbers with different mailing addresses. You may get a call from the hotel. (Just a heads up.)
Dante - you're covered, luv!
Coaster - no check out date was entered, so I put you down to leave on 09/09.
TexTrey, MrNiss, Revon - you were in twice, same data. I removed one of your entries.

Also, a note to everyone who is waiting on me for anything ... I will be offline starting tomorrow morning, until sometime Tuesday as I'm moving. Hoping to piggyback someone's wireless connection in the building I'm moving to, but can't guarantee it. I have a PDA, so will be able to receive and respond to email at tanya@therx.com.
