I think that I have seen 13 runs scored in the first inning a few years ago. This MAY be a record for a pitcher to actually give up 11 EARNED runs in a game. Well modern day . Usually the pitcher is taken out at least by 8 runs.


To take up for Garner, it was tough to take him out at anytime. He did get 2 outs in the inning with the 8 and 9 hitter up next. Then when you get to 10 or so, you might as well just throw the game and leave him in there

Well roach, I might know this better than others since I do attend around 30 games a year. We sell the other tickets. I sold todays because I rarely go to the early Sunday games

Will Also take note on Cabrera for the O's..this guy has thrown over 50 pitchers and Only the 2nd inning..getting hit Hard..No Control !
