Don't know if it counts as a sport but i would say soccer. From those you have listed i would vote boxing.

Boxing easily from the choices listed. How many times how you watched a fight and when the cards were read you went WTF? You wonder if they were watching a different fight. Besides, it would be very easy to fix.

How hard would it be to take a fall in any given round?
