Yep, 150k wasn't enough for him-had to demand an extra 20 & it cost him 90k. You know damn well that the remaining players absolutely LOVED taking him out after that.

He was in the lead & it apparently went to his head-and it cost him....90 grand.

It's tough to win when you've made the entire table turn against you.

Man, I would have been happy with an equal split among all at the final table. I don't understand greed sometimes.

I think it's not just about EV, you have to look at variance as well.

Say in deal or no deal, only two cases are left, one with 1 cent, and the other 1 million, and you are offered 450 thousand, are you going to take the offer?

Good point. But this is entirely different. The one guy had 20% more chips than some of the others so all things were not equal. Most chops are not even chops but based completely on chip %.
