Opinions regarding a Neteller situation...

I got a friend of mine who has 10k+ in his Neteller account. He has a bank account linked to his Neteller account. Problem is, the bank account belongs to his live-in girlfriend. He said he has requested an EFT to the bank account in the past that cleared w/o any problems but it was for a lot less that his current Neteller balance. He's worried that there might be a problem this time around since the amount is a lot more. I told him I'd ask some others that might have an idea because I don't.
Any opinions?

He said he doesn't live at the address he registered with and told me that there's no option to change the account address when he logged on. I guess he could get them to send a check as long as they allow him to change his mailing address.
