I think a good blanket answer is to say that you have a tendency to take on too many things at once & finally end up having to prioritize things and concentrate on the most pressing issues first.

Thats good TTinCo.

I interviewed with Enterprise just to gain experience. I didn't really want the job, just to practice. When they asked me that I sat there for awhile and thought deeply. Finally I just said, "you know, I don't really have any weaknesses" It was funny to me, but the interviewer just looked at me and said, "I see...."

Any other good tips? Good answers to questions?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I have already researched the company to the fullest so that I can incorporate any philosophies they may have.

Lying during interviews. A friend said that and it actually worked. Ttinco's seems to be the standard. It shows your weakness then tells how you try to deal with it.

Well my large penis tends to hurt the tinier-vagina'd sluts.

That's what I'd go with. If the guy interviewing you doesn't give you a high five, he is a flaming homosexual and you wouldn't want him as a boss anyway.

I actually had this question asked of me in an job interview. Suffice to say, the asshole used it to his advantage to discredit my answer. My experience tells me you need to ask for clarification to the question so you can hone in on the real reason for asking such.

It's also a loaded response that's basically saying that you're a go getter & will try to do everything humanly possible, but sometimes it becomes to much & puts you in your place.

IMO, that's the kind of stuff that people like to hear.

I once said my biggest weakness was my predecessor of the job I was going for. Said it would make my job an uphill battle for someone with my skills.
They just looked at each other funny.
I got the job.

That's what I always say...its a dumb question to ask in an interview. Like how many people honestly answer it?
