A new style of capping I am trying out

The goal is simple, get 50 units of profit by the end of the season by any means necessary so that I can go on long, relaxing vacation in October/November, depending on when I achieve my goal. I may chase a little bit (but hopefully not too much), and use any other methods of capping that I deem feasible, but at the end of the day I think that my goal is very much within reach.

I will post the first of todays plays in a little bit, and add more as I find them. The same process will be used everyday that I post my plays, they will not all be posted at once, but throughout the day when I find them.

That would be stupid. It takes time and patience and grinding out daily results to be successful in this business. I've learned that and have used it as a tool for me to build upon, have you? Evidently not, suggesting ideas that will surely lead one down the road of losing and the life of a degenerate gambler. What would you do if you lost a 50 unit play, double up next time. Now, I support chasing your losses at some points in time, but certainly not if you bet 50 units on one game.

I hope 1 unit to you equals $1 or you will be in the toilet as far as gambling knows before you know it. I suppose your post was probably a joke, but if not I am giving you fair warning of what will happen to someone using that betting strategy.

Yeah, I figured that. Sometimes on this forum, people are serious when they say silly things like that, though! You can never really tell for sure. :lol:

The place I am going on vacation to has better weather in the time frame I listed than in August, which is why I am taking it slow on this one. Best weather is in the December/January time frame but I already have things planned for that time period.

Wow, the sarcasm just reeks off of you. Good job, you've conquered the profound use of sarcasm.

I am trying something different with the way of how I handicap games and am going to test it out here. I'm sure it's not new to everyone and trying to win 50 units in 2 months is not what it is. Just watch and see, or follow because clearly you haven't been on the good side of the coin flip in quite some time, it seems like.

Does this mean you're not going to pick back up fading the WL guy? I thought that was going pretty good. If you're not going to, how about identifying him?

Wouldn't this be a betting strategy rahter than capping.
Correct me if I'm wrong but, handicapping is to find a co-efficent that makes both teams equal. i.e. "the line"
Your setting an arbritary win total ina set amount of time.

I would say you have a Money Management with a deadline system.

Semantics.

Like I said, I may give out the identity at the end of the season, but for now the person I was fading will remain anonymous. Yes, it has made me quite a bit of profit but I just don't have enough time these days to post the plays and such. Now I just print off the plays in the morning and place the bets on the go.

I've also got something else brewing that has been working this season that I may post on here towards the end of the season. It kind of goes along with what I was posting earlier. Stay tuned! :thumbsup:

It seems like every week you are trying a new type of handicapping and constantly starting over again. You should either stick with one thing or test all these new methods you come up with before actually betting cash on them.
Winning 50 units especailly betting 1 or 2 units a game is not that easy a task.

Well, you are probably correct but nearly everything I post is a winner, and I am up well over 100 units for the season not even betting everyday so I think that it is accomplish able.

I may just quit posting my plays if no one wants me to post them. I am fine keeping the profit I am making to myself, just trying to help other people a bit.
