doesnt offer a true resistance. it's glorified rubber bands being used and as you push "out" and the rubber band stretches out, it tries harder and harder to snap back into place, offering a very unrealistic, and strange resistance
Its absolutely horrible,I spent a lot of money on one and I pretended for a year that it was good because I did not want to admit to myself that it was junk.
It is junk.
