Pretty fun when you sign up in a league of 10 teams..with a $250 entry and $5/trade/FA mandate.

Makes gambling on Sundays very bittersweet. Hate betting against the teams your key players are on.

A couple years ago I would have said yes, but there is now some serious money in the game.

I haven't been in one for 10 years, but yeah-without real $$$ implications, it's pretty much a joke.

We must have been a bunch of dorks, we played our first Rotiserrie baseball league for 25 dollars each...spent an entire season keeping track of stats, all for 125 and I don't even think I was paid...DORK DORK DORK!

I still remember my closers, Dennis Eckersley, Tom Henke and Jeff Montgomery.

How about 14 teams in our fantasy league and I got 7 1000 bets with other teams, not to mention matchups every week...this is gambling and trash talk to the max...the same with our football league....not for rookies....dorks my ass...

I used to be big on fantasy....then I grew up and realized I don't have time for it. Was more or less dominant in baseball. Fantasy football is lame.

It might be dorky but I have utilized it as a big time money maker, having won 9 or 10 national games that paid at least 10 grand. Just blend it in with my gambling and it helps kill a little time during the day when I am in contention for one.

Yes im in a fantasy league. Im actually in 3 baseball fantasy leagues to tell you the truth!! I am doing real good in 2 of them but not so well in Fat Tony's league. I dont think your a dork if you play, first of all it makes games more interesting if you have a player on your team and you can win money if you know what your doing
