Do wagers at a offshore book go into the track mutal pools?

Most books, no. Pinnacle, Sportsbook.com I think most of the time it does.

I know this has been asked before but can't find it.

I think Maybe 5% do...in the Most part if they know a Sharp horse player is coming in..they might want to lay off half or most of it.
There are people in Place to take care of that end.

Now if you are talking about Local's...That's another Story !

I don't think so, that's why their is a cap on exotics at most shops. I think ehorse and other "legal" offshores might be part of the pool but I don't think the ones we bet at are part of the pool.

For many books the answer is no but they also won't pay full track odds, particularly on exotics, but two that will pay full track odds, including exotics, with a high cap depending on the track level, i.e. A, B, or C, and still provide a rebate are CRIS/Bookmaker and DSI.
