Checking out Matchbook and I like their setup. It appears they have lines slightly better than traditional shops and only a small commission.

One downside though, no parlays or teasers. Am I correct on that point---no parlays etc....

but you can transfer to their sister book WSEX for free (I think) if you want to play parlays and teasers.

Matchbook question

gonna have to use these guys for football....what day of the week do they hang their college and pro lines? I understand their lowest juice is normally a Pinnacle line, so I'm hoping that means they open on Sunday night along with Greek and Cris

thanks

it is an exchange not a sportsbook..... its not the best out for EARLY action as there are often not as many offers on the exchange....

Is one of the best books out there for late action, as the trading is furious right before game time.

santo,

matchbook usually has their lines up at the latest on Monday afternoons, although sometimes they had them up monday in the AM...I will say for the first three weeks or so of last year's college football season they had them up Tues. evening, but quickly got better...

also, in college hoops they started to put out overnight lines around 7 PM PST for games the next dan and offered zero of their own money (which was different from the previous year when they seeded their market a bit)...so we may see some lines Sunday night, although I wouldn't bank on it at this point

Pags11, there is no need to get personal or make assumptions about Santo you when have no idea if they are true or not. Please stay civil here in The Offshore Forum.. Thank you, wilheim

woody, I don't give a crap what they say, but I can promise you in the 2006 football season, they were seeding their market...you could tell because they put very little money avaible overnight and it was always around $300 per side...I do believe that as of last year they didn't seed the market, but I can promise you at one point they did...
