Ball to be blying out at Coors today..see why

This game will jump over the posted total of 9.5

Francis has been fairly sharp as of late, but MILW has been a nemesis for him. The ball is starting to jump out of Coors field again and both bullpens are average at best.

Gallardo though he has been sharp will face one of the tougher hitting lineups. He's good for at least 4 with the bully giving up 2.

Wow I dont see anything here at all that shows me it will go WAY over.

Francis ERA at home has been pretty good lately...I know Francis gave up 5 or 6 runs to Mil last time he pitched to them. But that won't happen again...

In past years Francis has been way worse during the day than at night. Not sure of the stats this year but something to think about.

anybody have numbers on people making their first start at colorado?
be interesting to see if the altitude gets in their head and they don't throw as many curves. you think maybe young kid might try to overthrow the curve and hang a few. we all know the rocks can swing a bit.

Lohse has pitched well at home and think he has begun to hit a bit of a nice stride. Though Dontrelle can be shaky at times, I think the lefthander will be able to neutralize Howard which keys the Phillies offense.
