In that case, I'm rooting for 5TP. A storage shed is bigger than most NYC studios and has the same view. You got it made, but for $1400/month less.

Great news Boys and Girls.....

Marty is up for the challange again this year and is upping the stakes substantially (WOW substantially is a better way to put it)..

Stay tuned for an announcement thread from Rx.com Contest Coordinator Sportsavant within the next week with all the details.....

There will be some serious $$$$$ up for grabs for anyone good enough to beat MartyJ's NFL record come regular season's end..

That is an excellent question. If you go back over MartyJ's Challanges one and two you will notice that the contest threads and Marty's pick are always posted and closed by 12:10PM EDT giving any posters or lurkers who wish to follow Marty who posts last or any other contestant who might be hot almost an hour to get down on the final play of that weeks thread (Marty's).

The contest will be run the same way this year.

season last year. Can he do it again. Where
did he find those nice plays. I will play all his
later games this year.
