I was thinking about 2 sport athletes and was wondering if we will ever see one again... I was pretty young when Bo was playing but I remember him a little bit. I know he was a tremendous athlete, as for Deion he was one of my favorite NFL players growing up. He was a decent cf and leadoff man in baseball also. I remember Deion played in a MLB game and NFL game in the same day... Thats really impressive. I am thinking their are definitely guys who can play 2 sports but with the amount of time you have to put into just 1 sport alone with conditioning, practice, games, and conflicting schedules its almost impossible. But I think it would be cool to have another 2 sport athlete

you know this reminds me of something. I was in Border's the other day and right when you walk in they showcase their new books and I take a quick peek as I am walking and come accross a book with a huge title that read
"The $40 Million Dollar Slave"

Now come on if your making $40 Million Dollars a year or even over a 5 year period, your not a slave. First off, you can retire at the end of your contract and be financially free the rest of your life as well as buy a bunch of McDonald's franchises to set your grand kids up for success. I think the author had one thought in mind appealing to a market in order to make some money. As for the title that is a complete joke.

Chad Hutchinson, Quincy Carter, Weinke, Jeff Granger, Drew Henson, Joe Borchardt, Josh Booty all flamed out in both sports.

Brian Jordan was an all pro safety before quitting the NFL to play baseball.

yup, MY SON....and with the money those type of atheletes demand WE should be raking in $250 million (MLB YANKEES) and another $100 million (NFL PACKERS, EAGLES in the early running). so $350 million over 10 yrs and well probably go buy a 20 truck fleet of 18 wheelers and really start making REAL money!!!

Really.....HELL NO as stated THAT TYPE OF TALENT DEMANDS HUGE CONTRACTS so why would TODAYS ATHELETE waste time playing a sport they love for a few more million when they could be out fighting dogs, making it rain at the strip clubs, or even just dedicate themselves so much to one sport that they shoot themselves up with steroids and bulk up unabling them to any longer to participate in 2 sports. So I vote NO due to the change in mindframe in overall society. (THANKS AL-Queda) lol

The knocks on him were his tackling and maybe ego.
Do not think I have ever watched a better cover corner.

Exactly... He was probably the best cover corner I have seen. I would put Champ Bailey damn close though

Plus his return skills and yards after a pick.

Watch out star, Scrubbies not playin well. We have injuries too, so do not go there. Hardy in 8 hole with a few dingers, been a while.
Sheets back in a couple and we are home against the cards.

Get your Braun cards because injury free this kid is something special.

I see you are playing the same old card with the cubs and fade the Crew. Please try to keep those units dude. It only gets tougher.

Capuano doesnt deserve to be laying juice to ANY TEAM in the league right now... thats why im playing the Cards. As for the Cubs im going to the game and want some action on it lol.. but I do think the Cubs win with BIG Z on the hill, Cubs struggling but Aramis should be back in the lineup tonight! GL to you and your CREW!

FYI Cap has little run support and is a good lefty. I think he gets the big win tonight. Look out for the CREW.

I hear that. Cappy has imploded with one bad inning the last few starts. Talk of him losing his starting role.

Cards on a little run. Do not think their pitching will hold up.

Still think its a Crew/Cub battle.
