superbook.com Withdrawal process

I have been with superbook.com for a short time. I recently went on a hot streak and requested a withdrawal. THey told me the only method they can pay me is by check. Then they told me that the process will take 2-3 weeks to process.
I am very upset that my money is tied up for this long. Any advice on what I should do?
Is this normal at any other sites?
Can a mod help me get this processed faster?

2-3 weeks would be fast for them,i am waiting since june 19 for 2,500 from them

have you been in contact with them about what the delay is?
Why do they take so long to process these payouts?

all they ever say is processor trouble,i think we will get paid,but it will take a while

It may take a few weeks but you WILL get paid. I had several withdrawls pending for a couple of months and finally received them all two weeks ago. They were way behind but are now are catching up. THey are an excellent book as long as you aren't going to sweat waiting for your payoff. I've been playing at their books (Sportsbook..com family) for 8 years and have always been paid.
