Yes, even if he wants to come back, the Falcons will come up with a way to put him on 'leave'. I seriously doubt if he comes back with the Falcons, if he comes back

If he gets suspended for the season he'll probably sue to be reinstated. Not a long history, no conviction; he'll have a chance in court.
