they have a phone number to dial to ask for it, it's listed on their bonus page

I always just send a email and always get a reply in about 15mins with my Loyalty Club status.

Now...if they would only add total goals and spreads to their soccer lines.

they take an average ammount of your last 100 bets and award you with a Bonus Play of that ammount...

Also, you do not have to request the Bonus Play each time you get to 100 plays. You can save them up. My first time to request mine, I had 1400 bets to . So I had 7 Bonus Plays
