How so? I've been playing in a ton of leagues for alot of years now and that is what I'd say about 80% of them have used. It's the standard I hear of more than any others... What do you use?

Touchdown = +6
Fumble/INT = -2

Gotcha. I've played that way before as well. It doesn't make much of a difference in the way the guys are ranked as it's fairly similar.

I'm surprised no one has questioned my ranking of Jon Kitna.

I have a rebuttal ready and everything haha.

One more note... just because I have Kitna ranked that high doesn't mean he should be drafted the 3rd QB. I don't recommend YOU taking another guy over him at a higher spot, but I'd let some other guys get the bigger named QBs out of the way before you make a value pick with Kitna. Just because I have a guy ranked higher than most doesn't mean I'd take him in the 1st round or anything.

Thanks man. I will have RBs up tomorrow and WRs the next day. If everything goes as planned, all the rankings should be up by the time your draft goes. Good luck and if you have any questions feel free to ask em. I love talking about this stuff.

One other thing while I'm at it... TDs and Yards include rushing stats as well in the projections. I just clumped rushing and passing together.

yup this is standard from leagues i've been in. though i have been in a 4pt passing TD league. and 6 pt all other TDs.

Never seen 7 pts per TD.

Kitna is everyone in the worlds super secret sleeper steal of the draft guy. He's keeps moving up the ESPN avg draft position rankings and its only gonna go higher as the season approaches. He'll be the 1st guy gone after Peyton, Brady, Palmer, Brees, Bulger and McNabb.

Same here. My draft isn't for another 2 weeks, so I need to brush up on the points as we (informal league but 4 years in running) keep adjusting points every year. We originally had 6 pt for passing TD, but changed it to 4pt passing TD. I think one new rule this year is no more 1 point for 40 yard run/pass TD's, which sucks. If I had bothered to vote, I'd have been in the minority.

What issues do the Rams have on their o-line? It's pretty much the same group as last year. They have solid tackles...Orlando Pace is still arguablly one of the 5 best in the league. Last year i know one of the guards was a rookie, or maybe 1st time starter...he should get better with experience under his belt.

Are there injuries i don't know about?

I disagree with your Eli ranking as well. I think he's gonna fucking blow this year.

I don't think they are a bottom-of-the-barrel offensive line but Pace isn't getting any young and I'm weary of how well the interior 3 are going to do. McCollum may be on his way out, Romberg doesn't impress me, and Incognito is at a new spot. The tackles will be good, but the 3 in the middle leave alot of questions to be answered.

I have him for alot of INTs (big surprise) but the fact of the matter is the Giants let him toss it around quite a bit and if they can find a suitable replacement for Petigout, Eli should have okay time again. Their line is better suited at run-blocking but the Giants use the run to set up the pass pretty well most of the time. I don't think he'll be a great NFL QB because of the bad passes, but for fantasy I can see him racking up stats.

Maybe you studied the O-lines, I haven't. But I disagree with this reasoning. You're bumping down Bulger because of his line, yet boosting up John Kitna who has a much worse O-line? Orlando Pace might be old, but he's still better than Detroit's best tackle, Jeff Backus (and the only guy I happen to know on that line).

The Rams have a 100 times better running game which defenses will have to respect and can't just drop back into some type or zone coverage or something, which is more than likely to happen to the Lions who don't have Kevin Jones for who knows how long. Not to mention KJ was probably Kitna's favorite guy to throw to after Roy Williams.

I am not buying that Jon Kitna is a top 3 Fantasy QB.... I would much rather have Brees than Kitna

Brees, McNabb, Bulger & Palmer are all better options than Kitna, IMO. If I'm not mistaken Kitna lead the league in INTs last season.
