Sometimes I fall asleep with the skoal tobacco still in my mouth and i have the most complex deepest dreams. Once I witnessed a whole movie I had never seen before..Any thoughts?
I've done it several times, esp. when I take an ambien. I don't recall any dreams. It does however leave evidence of how much you drool when u sleep. Its a disgusting habit, but can't throw the stuff away.

its the nicotine, if you buy the patch there is a warning that says not to leave it on while sleeping because of intense dreams, my buddy was on the patch and said he left it on over night and had crazy acid laced dreams
