There seems some sort of flu bug making its way through the Tiger team right now and Verlander is dealing with it as I speak. Mussina's -146 price tag is looking pretty tasty right now. (unlike what Verlander might be tasting right now) :103631605

I think a straight up play (no 'listed pitchers') is the best way to go...

any thoughts or additional info?

I personally feel the lack of steroids has hurt this detroit team more any other in the american league.

think about it mexico, what other team has fallen this far this fast.............it's well known they had several juicers on the team.

I think detriot might be the odd man out in the playoffs this year they just don't have the pitching they did...................BUUUUT doesn't seem like cleveland wants it to bad either

When Both Teams Are @ Full Strength

the Tigers are the only tm w/an everyday LU close to NYY! Both SP seems to have fallen off. I can see Tribe, LAA, the who knows for the other 2 spots. If I had to bet I`d say NYY & Mariners. Leaving RSx & Tigers out. If Boston does make it, it`ll be their pitching that carries them. They & LAA the 2 best in the AL IMO.
