Depending on where your room is in the hotel, you might end up picking up the wireless network from neighbouring businesses. (This happened to me.) You want to be hooked up to the "PHRC-Wireless" network. You should be able to find this option in the drop-down menu at the top of your monitor.

If you have any difficulties, you can call the front desk from your hotel phone and press "9" for phone/computer services.

FYI, it costs $12.99/day.

Same price. Kinda disappointing as the Cheetah Wireless I was trying to connect to was only $29 for a week (I'm here until Monday.)

Dante, they have computers you can use in the Conference Centre on the third floor. Ridiculously expensive, tho. If you want to go online, but don't want to pay - literally - a buck a minute, let me know and I'll just give you my room key and you can use my laptop. I have to be online anyway, so it's not a problem.

It doesn't actually work, tho. I had turned on Firefox, and this Cheetah wireless page came up right away. I went through the whole take-your-info part, and then it just hung there. It was only after I called the PH tech support folks that I found out I was trying to access the wrong network.

Just trying to save others the aggravation of getting online incorrectly.

dante...have a drink for me (jack and dr pepper so it's something we both like) and take xpanda up on her offer....give her a few drinks too and then put the camera to use like i would! stay away from the switch tables too, sirrrr!

Hey guys, there is FREE WIRELESS at The Coffee Bean in the mall that is connected to PH (formerly known as the Desert Passage Mall). The Coffee Bean is actually located right outside the casino as you exit from the casino into the mall.
