I've got some minor difficulties at Olympic. Nothing along the lines of disputes or slow pays.......their honesty & reliability is fine.
But still......some aspects of their customer service leaves much to be desired.
I'm wondering if there is a person to contact there who might care about the fact that they are about to lose a 7 year customer over very minor issues......because customer service is failing to resolve things.
Hell....I was even willing to put up with their half assed 20 cent baseball lines for the rest of the season !!
Anyway.....who do we call at Olympic when we want to get an answer that goes beyond "we will get back to you sir" ?? (which by the way never seems to actually happen)
