that reds team was purely awseome ! people forget how good of a fielding team they were .....conceptcion wasn't too shabby for a ss.

Wes Parker? Wow, I don't know enough about him to say one way or the other.

Rodriguez maybe over Bench. I am too young to remember Bench at his best, so I am speaking from some ignorance. Alomar over Morgan though.

Kim -this is an offical list from the Rawlings Sporting Goods Co. announced today.

I would have guessed all of these accept maybe Morgan over Alomar and Wes Parker, over Keith Hernandez.

J man- No way to sneak Murray in there huh. How bout Gold Glove DH?

Murray won 3 I believe, he was excellent at covering the bunt on the sac try, he was very good at firing the guy out at second, never dove though, I think I saw Eddie dive once his entire Orioles career...he had his reasons.

Believe it or early in his he played a few games at 3rd base vs Texas in that '78 season ...the Orioles still had Lee May when he broke in so Earl Weaver tried to get him in there at 3rd, the experiment was short lived.
