I remember watching Drew when he was a freshman at FSU and thinking the guy was absolutely amazing, which I suppose he was. Wonder if he was a complete heartless pu$$y at that time as well or if he turned into one.

Nancy Drew?

Wow that's impressive.

The true answer is no one...since Nancy still has 40 games to hit 4 more. The starting RF for the red sox the past 53 years has hit at least 10 HR's.

Can't believe how brutal his run was in TB...I don't care how much you have invested in this guy, he is bombing when you need him more than ever. Willie Mo couldn't have been THAT bad in the OF was he?

Wow thats pretty note worthy.

Did you know?

Nancy's car

In the early books, Nancy drives a blue roadster. However, in the revised editions and later Girl Detective books, she drives a stylish blue convertible and, finally, in the paperbacks, she drives a blue Mustang. In the originals, her blue roadster became maroon in volume 8, 9, and 10, and then green, finally having no description of colour for several years.

Nancy lifted for a pinch hitter, a good percentage move i suppose...just funny you lift a 70 million dollar player for Bobby Kielty batting .222.

Drew is just slapping at the ball now. He is pretty weak. He is also lucky to be on a winning team to take a little heat off. Also he can redeem and be a stud with a huge postseason. It could happen and he has that chance. He does look bad right now though.

J im starting to picture like the Bronx is Burning with Drew as Reggie,Francona as Billy, and we will say Theo as George.

Definitely....and Francona's a players manager, who usually keeps the players feelings in mind any chance he can....removing him there said a lot.

Disagree with many of you .......

Yes, no question about it, Drew can be considered a flop thus far for the money the Bosox dished out, but most everyone knew that at time......however............

He has had numerous hard outs throughout the season and he has played a very, very good defensive RF.....and CF when called upon.

My only gripe when signing him was him being injury prone, which he hasnt been yet.

Think Drew might just be the kind of guy to get hot down the stretch and/or in the playoffs if the Red Sox make it.

By the way, it's amazing that almost everyday on this forum someone has to say something negative about the Red Sox...............Varitek no power, Lugo cant hit, Gagne a bum, Drew sucking, Ortiz and Manny having off years, Schilling sucking, Wakefield is laughable, Francona a terrible manager, etc, etc...........meanwhile they continue to roll the opposition night in and night out.
