Right now BODOG is taking anywhere from 7 to 10 business days for a check to be delivered VIA Fed-Ex to your door. They are working hard to shorten that time frame and I believe they will by the time the regular football season starts.

Also please remember that you have me on your side if you have any problem whatsoever at BODOG or any other Rx.com sponser.

Simply email me your poster name, the account number of the book in question and a brief description of the problem. I will make certain that you are paid any funds that you are rightfully owed or assist in any other knd of problem.

BODOG is very finacially sound and you will not have any problem getting paid when you win.

Remember I am just an email away if you ever need help. I inserted BODOG links twice in this post in red, just click on either and you can check out the BODOG website and if you sign up using one they will know you came from The Rx.com..

Please use our Rx.com links to sign up at any of our sponsers that way you support the site and help make it possible for us to exist and be here to offer assistance immediately when asked.

Thanks and best of luck, wilheim..

funding depends on how hard you roll... www.nucharge.com is a processor they use which is very fast... as far as w/d's I have never had to send ID or verification and my last cashout took around 7 days.

killer poker room, over 5 mill this month in guaranteed tourneys....

no reason to worry about having these guys funded...

I live in Florida and it takes me 3 weeks to get any cashouts. They come in fed ex and have had no problems cashing. Your entitled to one free check a month and an additional 20 dollar charge for any multiple cash outs during a calendar month. You can win good money on poker but there sportsbook lines come out way to late.

I just received my check from bodog by regular mail and it took a little over the 30 days. One call was placed to their customer service department and I was satisfied with the answer I received. Bodog, imo, is a 1st class operation compared to other books i've played at. I never felt the need to rush to my computer and say: "I wasn't paid". Nor did I feel the need for Wilhelm to e-mail them on my behalf. I waited, it came, and I am happy. Most books I have played with took about 30 days to pay by regular mail so I never understood what the fuss was about. I'd rather save the 20 buck courier fee and use regular mail. I'm just a "cheap charlie" in that regard.

@ramdizel: yes you will need to verify your cc and provide ID's etc if you fund your account by means of credit card.

Bodog.com shut down after judgment

FYI

I just saw this and thought I would pass the info along so no one gets put in a bad situation with Bowdog.com. Not that my advice matters, but I would not put any new money into a bodog account until the issues get resolved. If you would like to comment, please do so through

Bodog.com shut down after judgment
30 August 2007
“LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- Online gambling Web site Bodog.com has been down since Monday because of a $46.6 million default judgment obtained by Las Vegas-based 1st Technology in a patent infringement case.
The judgment issued June 13 in Nevada federal court was against Bodog Entertainment Group, S.A., Bodog.net and Bodog.com.
According to court filings, software downloaded by the Web site's customers to enable some of the gaming activities infringed on patents held by 1st Technology.
1st Technology is controlled by Los Gatos, Calif.-based Scott Lewis, who has a doctorate in adaptive digital signal processing from Oxford University.
Bodog.com entertainment, headquartered in the Caribbean nation of Antigua, is running off a new Web site, newbodog.com, launched Tuesday.
Lewis and his attorneys could not be reached for comment. “

“To temporarily solve the issue, customers will have to go to NewBodog.com instead where they can log in and play like they normally would.”

Here's 2 comments for you:

#1 if you click on a poster's name, you can find more posts by them so we can see you posted this same FYI about 10 times in the last 20 minutes

#2 if you post in a thread like this, at least read the comments preceding your post, especially if they are made by the head moderator

If you honestly are trying to alert people that is one thing, but it doesnt seem like it to me or maybe its just not the best way to go about it.
