If it is that low, I imagine it will be winner take all, still worth it and still +EV as there is 20% more prize money being given out than is taken in in entry fees.
Its frankly baffling to me that people dont see the +EV here and drool all over these contests, but I guess what winds up happening is the big players cant be bothered, and the price is too rich for the smaller players, so it is really the middle of the pack players that wind up being attracted to these.
People really do sign up at the last minute though, by the dozens,

Under 20 registrations +100
Once the NFL pick 4 deadline passes people will turn their attention to this. It will also be promoted more heavily offshore, once the pick 4 deadline has passed.
