Does anyone use this service? It looks like it could be valuable information, just wanted to see if anyone here uses is (specifically the Premium Pro) and could give any opinions on it...

The guys that run the place are fxing morons. I had their service, they never notified me I was due for renewal, they cut me off in the middle of the busiest day of the year. I would have signed up with them again but they were too stupid to send a renewal solicitation and thought it was good practice to cut someone with them for lengthy period of time, in the middle of busiest day of the year. I didn't realize what the problem was. There was no way to contact them. they did not respond to emails for days, and when they did, they made no apology and mearly demanded money for renewal. Idiots!

Buddy calls me up a minute ago to tell me about some off lines on the strip. After checking with DB and GJ I realize whatever lines he's using are a joke. He was on the Sports insights site. I told him not to bother calling me for lines based on insights in the future, as I always knew them to be a joke of a lien service. I used SI in the past for the %'s that people were playing on sides, but you can find that info on many free sites now.
I do have an ax to grind, but my analysis is accurate.

I disagree...I've been using their service in the last few years...never had any problems....

Whenever you log in...it listed your expiration date....so you just need to renew before it expires....Not their fault to remind you...

I agree it's a small shop and they don't have phone number for you to call....but for the price....it's not a bad service....

My 2cents...

If they have exp date on there, that is something they added in last year+. Lines are not accurate, bottom line. When my buddy calls and tells me a line in 9 on the strip and I'm looking at 7.5. that is ridiculous.

when their service was real-time, i would say 1 and a half years ago, they were good. I'm talking about the days when the lines moved orange very quickly. Now, that technology is useless when you look at how good the RX live lines is.

if you do not have their service then you are not seeing there lines in real time and you are correct, the free (delayed) lines service is not useful.

however their real line service is very useful (imo one of the top out there) as is their entire site.

been around there for 3 years and as far as I can remember every time I logged in a screen poped up letting me know how long until my membership is up.

for those that have never tried them, just shoot them an e-mail and I am sure Dan will let you try it for free for a week. If nothing else they offer a great line service.

Yeah, where was Dan for the the 2-3 days I emailed him? Couldn't call him becuase they didn't have a phone number. Great customer service. There was no indication of subscription expiration when I used the service. The paid for lines are not accurate at times, bottom line.
