This book is getting lower on my list and will probably pull out from there soon.

wait till you ask for a payout. Might as well take a couple weeks vacation yourself, then maybe, just maybe the check will be sent.

the place is a joke, if they haven't found a quicker way to get people paid by now, they never will.

Well i have been with wsex for 4 years and they have the easiest online betting! They have always paid and got me my money over night for 30 bucks, and 1 week if reg mail. I have to disagree with both of you, but that has been my experience!:toast:

Used to be one of my favorite books. They used to pay fast. Have not played there since the neteller fiasco but all the talk of them taking forever to pay out is going to keep me away.

After dealing with some others (who will go unnamed), I don't care if they pay late as long as they pay. Has anyone not been paid by them at all?

WSEX/Matchbook are quite possibly the safest books there are for u.s. customers. I'm not quite sure why WSEX is taking longer to pay than Matchbook, but it doesn't really worry me too much.

I have always been paid in a timely fashion and have never had a problem with them. I would not trust five figures with too many other shops. One of my first books and still my favorite.

Steve assures me there were golf lines this weekend. Is it possible your computer was caching stale pages?

As for the chat, all of the chat stations were certainly manned all weekend. Please call us and let us know when you got no response so we can see if there are technical problems, we would like to track them down.

Courier payouts are normally taking less than a week, regular mail is on the order of 30 days. Bigbet keeps referencing one window back in February when we were transitioning from Neteller which we wish went smoother.

You better watch what you say. I got white listed for saying a certain book is a "joke". I even had the proof, but a certain mod didn't care to follow up.

I like WSEX as well and never had any problems getting paid by them.

p.s. I don't think it's fair to abuse a book over payout delays in the month following the Neteller pullout. There was a period of time where pretty much everyone was paying slowly due to the massive overload that landed on the laps of their remaining processors.
