This Hurricane Felix.....

This Hurricane, which is now a category 5 hurricane is about to strike anywhere between the Northern coast of Nicaragua and the Yucatan Peninsula, that includes Nicaragua, Honduras, Belize and Mexico.

These areas are, pretty much, very very poor areas and they are about to get Blown off the map. If a country like the US has trouble responding to a major catastrophe, imagine what these nations are going to go through.

The reason for this thread is just to provide a heads up, if you can cooperate in any way, shape or form, be it one dollar, do so, dont hesitate, the people in the way of Felix struggle to survive as is and this hurricane is a mammoth (Cat. 5)

For anyone wondering, CR is probably going to continue getting tons of water (this year has been unbelievable and it looks like it is only gonna get worse) but we are out of harms way when it comes to Canes.

Yanks do more for disaster relief than ALL the countries combined! I'm a Canadian and am aware of this.
Had co-workers involved in disaster relief.(FF'ers)
You don't get any where near enough credit.
The media airs what sells ad time.

Hey stuck, just wanted to mention, I meant no disrespect to the US and didnt mean to imply that the US does not cooperate in foreign disasters, not even sure how you came up with that one, lol, but what I meant was:

If the US took as long as it took to help out the victims of Katrina (an example), imagine how a completely unorganized, and very poor government like the ones of the countries about to get hit will fare trying to deal with this.
