But when I saw the pitching matchup, I was excited at the idea of getting Seattle as a dog.. I like to set my own line in my head before I check the books.. In my head based on the skid and the game being in NY, I figured the books would set it at NYY -120, my personal line was -110, when I saw Seattle +145, I couldn't get my bet in fast enough.

King Felix has faced the Yankees twice in his career with pretty poor results.. 0-2 and an ERA close to 7, but that didn't scare me off one bit. Felix is the type of guy who loves a big game and should step his game up big time despite his recent struggles... control seems to be his major issue as the guy has filthy stuff.

This is also an anti-clemens play as much as anything, I love fading him as he always has an inflated line behind him... and even if he pitches a good game, he rarely goes more than 6 innings... and the bridge to Rivera isn't exactly the yankees strong point.. yes i know.. Joba the hut.. right.. but who else ?

Big game for Seattle..this is the perfect situation to make them forget about their skid, and right the ship so to speak..

Seattle +145

(on a side note.. pencil A-Rod in for a HR.. there hasn't been a game this year when I was against the yankees he didn't hit one.. we're talking about 11 times I've been against them, and it never fails ... he is one of those guys that kills me when im against them, and does nothing for me when I'm on em.. I'msure we all have a handful of those guys in the league)
