I just rented a great movie last night, "Perfect Strangers"..........

Great thriller. The movie changes directions a few times that is for sure. Definitely put that in your blockbuster online lst. This movie had a few CLASSIC lines, well at least for guys around here. Here is one of them:


First of all, the boss of a major corporation has always been thought to be cheating on his wife. His wife is very striking and beautiful. But naturally she cut her hair shorter than mine, why do women cut their hair when they get older??

Well anyway, at this party these women are talking him and a new TEMP asks why he would cheat with such a pretty wife. The co-worker says,



"SHOW ME A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN................................................................ AND I WILL SHOW YOU A MAN WHO IS TIRED OF FUCKING HER"



Just an INSTANT CLASSIC line if you ask me. Words have never been more true than that.



But it is a great movie

Does anyone actually like short hair on women??? I cant STAND it when an awesome looking women cuts her hair close to a mans length hair. To me it looks hideous.



Now I understand that some women cut their hair when they have a baby under 2 years old, but let that shit grow back IMMEDIATELY. His wife in the movie is indeed beautiful for some men's standards, but that short hair that she has is a turnoff for me.

By the way, if you do not have the online blockbuster service yet, then you are really missing out if you ever rent DVD's. Netflix is losing money by the truckload daily to the MUCH IMPROVED blockbuster service

Maybe we could post some classic lines from movies.

I thought of another one from one of my favorite comedies of all time "ROAD TRIP"


Let see is someone can tell me what it is, it is when they are are in the car of DJ SMALLS and they are taking a shortcut to get to Texas. The classic line involves the shortcut, can anyone else remember it?

Perfect Strangers = horrible, horrible movie. Brutal. Awful.

It's only possible value is as an unintentional comedy. It's so absurdly bad it is funny in parts.

Don't say you haven't been warned.

Are you serious? "Perfect Stranger" was hands down the worst movie I've sat through since "Glimmer Man". It's not just the worn out "psychological thriller who's-the-killer-oh-it's-me angle" used before in Hide and Seek and High Tension and Fight Club. It was all the coy, smug, arrogant and clever caricachures they tried to pass off as characters. In the end of this miserable film, the director weakly tries to show how clever he is by faking out the audience that it was Hale's fact checker. In the finale, all the boring holes are filled and the movie mercifully commits sepuku. Watch this for yourselves if you don't believe it is the most worthless movie to come out in recent years. It was so bad at one point, and the swearing (f-word) was so ridiculous and excessive that I just burst out laughing hysterically.

The orgy scene with Cousin Larry and Balky was phenomenal.

Read some of these reviews...they're hilarious. The reviews generated by this movie are much more entertaining that this shit film was.

The only reason i saw Perfect Stranger is because I picked up the movie section of the paper from the Sunday before by mistake. I went to see "300" but it was no longer playing at the theatre at that point.

Perferct Strangers was almost as bad as 'The Village'. I fucking hated that movie.

worst movie ever ---> Crooklyn (i was in 7th or 8th grade and spent everything after the first 20 min playing ms. pac man in the lobby)
