Harrah's poker tournament reporting (W-2G) changed?

I heard that effective today the $600 winnings have been changed to $5000

in addition, the buy in is deducted from the amount won..

can anyone verify?

I do NOT think that the buyin is decucted.

But the other information is correct for most other tournaments where I have played

Not aware of it, but if so good move. I know they took a lot of grief from me and others over their policy before. It was simply a bad one.
