Is this why the total is so high? And is the over the play?

I know Marquis is a fly ball pitcher, is Lowe the same??? If not, seems like LA is the play

problem is that Lowe is one of the biggest ground ball pitchers in baseball and Marquis the biggest ground ball pitcher on the Cubs. Isn't under worth a shot here?

nope. his career GO/AO is 1.50 (this year a bit more at 1.64) which is pretty average. A guy like Lilly is .70 or so...

he gets out a higher percentage of ground outs than any cubs starter

Lowe is 2.82 GO/AO which is top 5-6 in NL starters and he's been above 2.50 every year in his career so he's a serious grounder getter

Under ump as well....Rapuano is 8-19 O-U 7.71 runs 62% strike outs

Just saw the ballpark though, wind isn't just blowing out, it's howling. Homeruns will be hit today, just about any high fly has a chance to go...

The wind is nuts over here, take it from somebody that lives a block away from wrigley

i would take over first 5 innings at 6 runs

Lowe is the play, he's had some very dominant performances there too.
