I have posted my email address dozens and dozens of times and have it as a tagline.

JustBet.com realises that three weeks is a long time for a check to be delivered and are working very hard on shortening that timeframe. There is no plot to get any players to lose their money in the meantime nor are they delibrately taking three weeks for checks to reach home addresses. Believe me if they could some how just beam the money into player's wallets instantly they would. There is a new reality in this industry since the loss of Neteller.
The new reality starts in Europe where many books have had to go to in order to find reliable processor banks that will maintain balances for offshore books and cut and ship paper checks upon request.
The real problem is that they will only process so many checks perday per book. Once you request a withdrawal your request is submitted to the processor bank and the bank places it in order with all of the other requests, once they get to a particular withdrawal they notify the book that a check has been cut for that withdrawal along with the others from that day, and it then begins is journey from Europe to either Fed-Ex, DHL, UPS or The US Postal Service for delivery to the address in the US attached to the withdrawal.
Some books did not lose their processor banks when many banks panicked earlier this year and pulled out of the sportbetting business completey and have banks that have a more streamlined and experienced system than the new European banks that have decided to do business with dozens of books that lost their processor banks.
Neverbeananother#7 if you do not have the discipline to not touch funds you have already withdrew because they are still in your account perhaps you should re-think whether or not you should be gambling at all. How hard is it to simply not wager the funds because you know you have asked for them to be sent to you? There are two sides to that coin, for every player that complains the funds are still in his account balance after a withdrawal request there are players that say I want to see where my money is until I know a check is cut and I have a tracking number. Books are dammed if they do and dammed if they don't.
There is no master plot at JustBet.com to tempt players to lose their money by not debiting player accounts until withdrawal checks are cut. Regardles of what anyone thinks Royal used to do.
Neverbeanother#7 I can submit your account number to JustBet.com for you and ask them to check on the status of the withdrawal but at this point there is little I can do to shorten the timeframe required for a check to reach your mailbox.
Patsfan changed his method of withdrawal and was paid in full, just like you will be if you have a little patience. There is no doubt you will get your check but like everyone else withdrawing from JustBet.com and a lot of other books you have to wait for the check to be cut and shipped from overseas locations and then be delivered by one service or another to an address somewhere in the US.
I wish there was a faster way for books like JustBet who BTW are very easy to work with and are very concerned about making their book as good as it can be but right now there simply is no alternative method to get checks in players hands any faster.
For the record I am leaving for Las Vegas in 3 hours and won't be back until early Monday morning so I want to apologise ahead of time to anyone who emails me over the weekend and I do not respond to immediately.
I am going to try to use the Business Center at Planet Hollywood when I have time during the Bash to answer emails but the real problem is I am spending most of the weekend in transit and only Friday night and all day Saturday at Planet Hollywood are travel free.
I have to leave at 4:30PM RMT this afternoon for a three and a half hour bus ride to San Jose, Costa Rica where I will stay at a relative's house (no internet) until 4AM tomorow morning when a taxi picks me up for the 20 mile drive to the international airport and a 7AM flight to the states that finally arrives in Las Vegas at 4:02PM Pacific time Friday afternoon. That is if all goes according to schedule.
Bottom line is this is the one weekend of the year year I am not available to answer emails immediately but I certaily promise to get to them as quickly as possible when I get back from the Rx Bash 2007..
Thanks, wilheim
