I am in JustBet, but my problem is the blasted inability to even load a page completely so that the wager can be created!!

This is unacceptable for a sponsored book, IMHO.

I wil try to paste errors and/or detailed report of how long each page gets loaded... regardless of what time it is. Many others already have complained, so I hope RX will contact JustBet and see whether it's going to be addressed ASAP.

For me, it's been this way the last 4 hours. I get in but can't place a wager.

From Gary at Justbet, they are working on the problems.....


Here is what I know and did...

I found out that we were experiencing approximately double the amount of business over last weekend in comparison to one year ago. This caused a spike in Bandwidth usage that was not expected and we hit out limitations.
The CTO has made provisions for this not to happen again by acquiring more bandwidth to accommodate the extra business we are now doing.

The other issue was wagering limits...in the Agent that all of theRX.com players are in had default wagering limits that required a minimum bet of $50 on the Internet. This has been reduced to $10.

I am sorry that you and your readership experienced this problem. Please call me immediately if you start to experience this again so I can take action on-the-spot.

I also had problems getting in to them early today.
I tried around 6:45 And was able to wager.
Seems fine now

Thank you for forwarding me the thread.

Regarding the problems connecting to JustBet.com...this was certainly a problem today for our customers. There was a substantial boost in bandwidth that was added Friday evening from our provider. This obviously did not alleviate the problem and our customers again had a very difficult time navigating through JustBet.com and placing wagers today. Very disappointing!

When it became evident the problem was not completely related to increased traffic earlier today, 2 outside specialists were brought in to help our technicians solve this. We also brought in a head technician from another top sportsbook in the industry that runs the same software systems we do and had similar challenges last football season.

Our troubleshooting team are implementing all of the changes thought to be necessary now and will continue to work through the night until everything is in place for our customers to wager smoothly Sunday.

I would urge customers to execute online wagers tomorrow and let me know if they experience problems. Any feedback will help.

I can understand and appreciate your readership being disappointed with our service today. We will do our level best here at JustBet.com to continually improve our services.

As for the poster that expressed frustration regarding a payout, please have this customer contact me. I would like to follow up on this myself and make sure this customer is treated fairly.

gary, with all due respect there is no reason to contact you. your company has made it clear that standard operating procedure dictate that a payout will take up to a month. if this policy changes please let us all know.
