Not that I care much about $10 but its the principle of the matter. I open an account today with SBGGLOBAL and was told I would get the fees covered as well. I called and spoke to Johnny and he told me it would be covered even though I called in the deposit.

I called in later tonight when I saw they werent there. I was told they would fix the situation in 5-10 mins. Then the money still wasnt there 1 hour later. I chatted them and have pasted it below.

I closed my account now as I am worried about getting paid from a book that lies to you about a $10 fee.

you: they still havent put the $10 fees in my account

you: the fees from todays deposit
you: I spoke to somebody there before about it
you: they were supposed to reimburse me johnny said so

you: ok I am not going to jump through hoops when you're with the same company and cant contact him
you: I am going to the rx.com where I am a member and posting that I was lied to and this wasnt fixed

you: you can also close my acct and dont call me or put me on the mailing list
Dayan: you have to call us to close your account
Dayan: anything else sir?
you: this place is a joke
you: I have to tell the members this

BC....To argue over 10.00 on one of there busiest days of the week is stupid. Why not call them back on Monday or Tuesday when you can get this taken care of much easier. I guess everyone handles things different, but to bust there balls on a saturday seems a bit much to me.

i disagree...they should remiburse the fees if they say they will...the hoop jumping is ridculous....i wouldnt be betting with them anyway...stick with betjam or another quick payout 100% perfect customer satisfaction book.....

I agree - no reason for me to have to wait or jump through hoops on THEIR issue.

BTW- you have to love how my title was changed. I guess they dont beleive in freedom of speech here when it comes to their sponsors. they LIED to me plain and simple why that isnt in the title now I dont know.

what a joke...
