The moron is supposed to be a defensive guru and the Cowgirls have given up 35 already!

Worst defensive performance by the Cowgirls in the last 6-7 years!

Hardly a loss goes by these days that Jerry Jones isn't asked to comment on the job security of Wade Phillips. Since the Cowboys owner continues to answer the question _ he is not firing Phillips _ the topic lingers, which means the players field questions about their coach.
So, Igor Olashansky, what do you think about Jones' latest proclamation that Phillips is safe?
"I think that's cool,'' Olshansky said. "I agree. Thank you."
Olshansky, who also played for Phillips in San Diego, was asked to elaborate.
"Because he's a great coach and he's a defensive coordinator,'' Olshansky said. "I think that me as a defensive lineman, it's important."

You can basically say this for every franchise except for maybe 4 or 5 in the league.

Turner, Phillips, Singletary, Lovie Smith, Fox, gailey, marvin lewis, mangini, kubiak, del rio, mcdaniels, cable, mccarthy (He pulverizes his players in practices, the byron scott of the nfl), and childress.

That's 14 coaches I have listed out of a possible 32 that are way in over their heads and should be a coordinator somewhere. Almost 50% of the personnel in this league is incompetent, that tells you a lot about ownership and how they structure their contracts.

Okay. Well you seem to know more than the professionals running these teams. So where do the, at least, 14 coaches come from to be the replacements for the guys you feel are "incompetent"?

It's a problem because the talent amongst coaches seems sparse now. You either go down the tampa route where you take a gamble on young coordinators, or you get some coaching talent from the college level.

I can sense you are disagreeing with me on this, which of those 14 do you think are doing their jobs adequately? Take into consideration who their coordinators are also on the staff.
