Who is your AL rookie of the year..........what a crop to pick from.

YOUNG from TB may get my vote..........or even OKAJIMA.

Many feel Pedroia is a lock..........i totally disagree.

I am going to be a homer now but next year Pedrioa and Ellsbury are going to be a sick 1, 2 combo at the top of the order. They will do a lot of damage and table setting. It is going to be good. And Ellsbury might win it next year. As far as this year it is hard but I have to go with Pedroia.

Not for nothing though, but this would have been a bad loss 2 in a row to Tampa lead cut to 4 and Yanks on deck. Big win if we do.

Does Ellsbury remind you a little of Damon?

He could be a real good one.

I never thought of that but yes very much so. Both are leadoff lefties with speed and both have a little pop in the bat too. Stances are kind of similar too. Very good comparison actually. This kid is going to be a good one.

Another RBI single for him...........wow, this kid is tearing the cover off the ball in his first trip through the SHOW.

I hope they play him in the playoffs. Francona says Drew is playing but he must consider Ellsbury. Heck I would play him over Crisp right now. If he keeps hitting it is going to be a tough problem.
